If you are coming from Raja Sisingamangaraja XII Airport / Silangit Airport (DTB)

To reach Samosir Island by Car from Silangit Airport take the Lintas Barat Sumatera road to Dolok Sanggul and then Tele Pandang Tower and exit at Pangururan Samosir Island.

If you are coming from Kualanamu International Airport (KNO)

To reach Samosir Island by Car from Kualanamu International Airport take the MKTT Highway (Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi) road and exit way at Pematang Siantar, then continue on the Sumatra Crossroad until you arrive at Parapat.

To get to Samosir Island from Parapat you have to cross Lake Toba using a ferry from Ajibata Port to Ambarita Port (government owned) or Ajibata Port to Tomok Port (private company owned). For ferry schedules and ticket reservations, please see the image below.

From the ferry port For 100K runners we recommend looking for accommodation around Tuk Tuk Siadong area and for other categories you can look for accommodation around Pangururan area to be closer to the race village
